
Odyssey Interstellar — Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview
Your support plan is a voluntary membership contribution to the Odyssey Interstellar gaming community. We want every member to feel confident in their support, which is why we've made cancellation simple and fully self-service.
Cancelling Your Membership
Members can cancel their own subscription directly from their My Subscriptions page in the Members Area. Here's how:

Log into your account on odysseyinterstellar.org

Click your member profile at the top of the site

Click My Support Plans in the drop-down menu

Click the More Actions arrow next to your plan, then click Cancel Subscription, and click Yes, Cancel to confirm
After cancelling a recurring plan, the plan's status changes to "Pending Cancellation" until the end of the billing period you paid for. Your membership and all associated perks remain active through the end of that period and will not renew.
Refund Policy
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. Support plan contributions are non-refundable for the current billing period already paid. However:

You will not be charged for any future billing period after cancellation is confirmed

Annual plan members who cancel mid-year will retain full access and perks through the end of their paid year

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Odyssey Interstellar leadership — reach out to us at info@odysseyinterstellar.com and we'll do our best to work with you
Ship Tokens & Reputation
Ship Tokens and Reputation earned prior to cancellation are retained and remain valid. Tokens already distributed for an active giveaway period will be honored through that month's drawing. No new tokens or Reputation will be issued after the final billing period ends.
Ship Tokens are a member perk provided as a courtesy to active supporters. They have no cash value and are not redeemable for currency. Giveaway entries are a community benefit, not a guaranteed service.
Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your support plan at any time through your Members Area. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. To request a plan change, contact us at info@odysseyinterstellar.com.
Annual Plans
Annual support plan members receive enhanced token and Reputation benefits in recognition of their longer commitment. Annual plans follow the same self-service cancellation terms above — cancelling stops future renewal but your plan remains active until the end of the billing period you paid for.
