About the event
We will be covering differing topics in two different groups. Review the groups below to decide which you would like to participate in.
Group 1
- Multi Function Display (MFD) Management- Know what MFDs are important and how to use them effectively.
- Target Acquisition- Know how to efficiently and effectively acquire a target, assess IFF, and engage.
- Weapons- Know the various types of weapons and their strengths, weaknesses, and management techniques. Ballistics, Energy, Missiles, EMP
- FIGHT- practice learned concepts
Group 2
- Ship Movement Mechanics- Know the different flight systems on the ship. COMSTAB, GSAFE, and Coupled. Know what they do and discuss situations where they are used.
- Evasive Maneuvers- Know and practice evasive maneuvering techniques. Shield rotation, left lilt, etc
- FIGHT- practice learned concepts
