After getting some feedback from some interested parties I took some time (to retain my sanity) and work on something a bit more fun (these lil graphics). First up, the logo (maybe Ill animated it someday when I have time).

And a Badge ;)

I altered the text to be bigger and more uniform and changed the number of stars to 9 (after learning we have 9 divisions and I was using outdated source material).

Of course I also improved on my idea of division badges too, so here they are.

Here are my older versions and explanations...

"The Stars are represent each of the four divisions (commerce, discovery, defense, and logistics) and the smaller stars are to represent the sub divisions (industry, trade, exploration, support, security, and intelligence). The outer ring text is Latin for most of the org values: Loyalty Duty Respect Integrity and Courage. I used existing flight ready ship silhouettes that I felt most closely exemplified the roles of each division. I have the AI file still so I can make changes if the division logo colours need changes."
